Crestbridge announces the appointment of private equity as a further business growth target!

In his new role Alex is responsible for developing and implementing the private equity fund service strategy of Crestbridge, which includes maintaining the highest level of customer care. He has additional responsibilities in raising the company profile in the space of services for private equity funds and identifying and addressing new and strategically important revenue opportunities.

Alex, based in Jersey, has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, 14 of which have been focused on the administration of private capital funds. He has considerable private capital expertise covering private debt and private equity (spanning venture, growth and buyout).

This announcement follows an impressive number of recent Crestbridge contracts and expansion. Despite the global pandemic, the business continued to expand driven largely by private equity, risk capital and immovable fund managers seeking the high standards of Crestbridge's service, expertise and technology-led processes.

Michael Johnson also becomes Head of Institutional Services Group. Michael will head the Private Equity Services, Real Estate Services, Corporate Services and Governance Services teams of over 300 staff at seven locations.
